What you do at Avant: - Installation and troubleshooting of hardware & software - Day to day help desk support (desk-side & remote a like) - Document & Update support policies and procedures - Asset tagging and management of inventory software - Re-imaging of laptops and desktops hardware - Software deployment - Hardware deployment - Desk-side support when needed - Execute projects to improve systems and operations within the department - Other IT Support tasks as directed by Manager - Must be available to work a flexible schedule, ability to work overtime is a must for this role.
