Position Overview We are seeking a committed and proactive Project Manager & Functional Analyst to join our team. If you have experience and enjoy working in dynamic environments, this opportunity is for you. Main Responsibilities Manage service billing. Oversee purchase orders from suppliers. Maintain updated project P&L. Lead weekly follow-up meetings with clients. Manage software changes: define, estimate costs, and obtain client approval. Coordinate change releases to production: conduct functional testing in pre-production, certification testing with clients, train internal or client teams if needed, and coordinate deployment. Maintain flexibility with working hours due to interaction with the team in India. Requirements Academic background: Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. English: Intermediate or advanced level (ability to write and participate in meetings with international teams). Professional Profile High sense of commitment, autonomy, and responsibility. Ability to work effectively with different project levels (Level 1, 2, and 3) and excellent communication skills with clients. Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement of services and processes. Technical Knowledge SQL Server, query handling, and updates (DBA knowledge not required). Windows Services.
