What The Day Will Look Like Demand Management: Coordinate and manage the flow of demands Resource Allocation: Assign developers to demands efficiently, considering the skills and availability of each one. Monitoring and Compliance: Monitor the progress of demands and projects, identifying and resolving possible deviations. Improvement Proposals: Analyze existing processes and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Development Lifecycle: Have a good understanding of the software development lifecycle to ensure alignment with best practices. solutions. Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT environment Experience working in an insurance or banking company (desirable) Proven understanding of the software development life cycle.
