Knowledge of: Preparation of financial statements. SIIGO and Quickbooks. Bank reconciliations. Preparation of tax returns. Your responsibilities will include: Comprehensive management of the company's accounting. Review and control of the timely and correct issuance of invoices to clients. Supervising the preparation and accounting of cash receipts issued to clients upon receipt of payments. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Proficiency in Siigo accounting software and Quickbooks. Preparation and presentation of management reports with financial and accounting analysis for strategic decision-making. Evaluation and monitoring of budgets, ensuring cost control and resource optimization. Generation of cash flow reports, financial statements, and economic projections. Daily expense accounts. Preparation and sending of electronic invoices. Up-to-date knowledge of Colombian and Canadian accounting and tax regulations. Advanced command of accounting software and office tools.
