We are seeking an administrative customer service representative in Customs to perform the following tasks: Responsabilidades: • Advise clients and sales representatives on procedures, Small Package guides with modality changes, and re-exportation from free trade zones. • Track Small Package guides and ensure notification of clients. • Send notifications to each client and customs agency's Sarlaft department for registration and creation of customers. • Request pre-inspections and inform clients of the results. • Maintain Opencomex up-to-date. • Provide sales reports and guide arrival reports. • Review import documents to ensure compliance with customs legislation. Requisitos: • Academic Formation: Technician, Technologist or Professional in International Trade, International Business or Business Administration. • Experience: 1+ years in customer service for customs. • Specific Knowledge: Customs legislation and Opencomex. Condiciones Contractuales: • Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:30am - 5:30pm or 8am-6pm. • Modalidad Presencial. • Contrato a término indefinido directamente con la empresa.
