This role will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding—while ensuring accurate records and compliance. You’ll be the go-to person for maintaining our HR systems and supporting our team with payroll, documentation, access, and data analytics. **Key Responsibilities** - Own and manage the **employee lifecycle**: offer letters, onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes. - Maintain and organize **employee records**, including NDAs and role descriptions. - Oversee **payroll coordination** and time-off tracking in partnership with platforms like **Gusto** or **Deel**. - Ensure timely **equipment requests** and manage systems access (setup and deactivation). - Keep the **HRIS (BambooHR)** up to date with accurate employee information. - Track and report **PTO, contract statuses**, and other HR metrics. - Drive **employee engagement initiatives** and support team communications. - Handle day-to-day **HR administrative tasks**, ensuring compliance and confidentiality. - Prepare and deliver **monthly HR analytics and reporting**. - Coordinate with other departments using tools like **Slack** and **Asana** to support smooth team operations. **What We’re Looking For** 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources or People Ops role. - Hands-on experience with **HRIS systems** (BambooHR a big plus). - Comfortable with **data handling and reporting** (Excel, Google Sheets, or other tools). - Knowledge of **payroll processes** and platforms such as **Deel** or **Gusto**. Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment. - Familiarity with **Slack, Asana**, or similar remote collaboration tools. **Nice to Have** Experience working in fast-paced, global startup environments.
