Role Overview We are looking for aSoftware Integration Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector, ideally in software development roles and leading technical projects. You will be responsible for managing the technical integration of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) projects in assigned healthcare institutions, following Osigu’s implementation roadmap. Your role will include providing technical consultancy, integration support, and training to ensure the correct configuration and operation of our solutions with the client’s systems. Key Responsibilities Execute all integration-related activities defined in the Project Plan, contributing your technical expertise to ensure a successful implementation. Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the data gathering, implementation, and operational process. Analyze, replicate, manage, and deliver solutions for client-reported cases identified during the implementation phase. Coordinate, assist, and validate the implementation and configuration of all system components and requirements. Report to the assigned Project Manager any anomalies, missteps, or risks that could impact project execution. Prepare and submit regular progress reports as defined by the assigned Junior Project Manager, and participate in executive follow-up meetings. Ensure strict confidentiality of client and Osigu information and intellectual property during the project, in accordance with signed confidentiality agreements. Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by your direct manager, in alignment with your role as RCM Integration Engineer. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience & Background Education Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related fields, with knowledge of the healthcare sector and/or medical claims. Work Experience : Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in healthcare institutions, in roles involving software development and project leadership.
Specific Knowledge (nice to have): Processes related to liquidation, billing, preparation, and submission of medical claims. Technical Skills : Intermediate level of Node.js Intermediate knowledge of database engines (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server) Data analysis Knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP) Experience with Mirth Connect (nice to have) Core Competencies / Osigu Values : Situation analysis and risk identification Problem and conflict resolution Negotiation skills Teamwork Leadership and proactivity Organization and self-management #J-18808-Ljbffr
