About the role: The mission of this Graphic Designer / Art Director is to deliver high-impact, visually compelling creative across digital, print, presentation, branding, and advertising platforms. A strategic thinker and meticulous creator, this individual combines independent initiative with strong collaboration skills, taking direction well while contributing original ideas. This is a hands-on role ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about producing standout work that drives engagement and leaves a lasting impression. Responsibilities: Conceptualize, design, and execute visual assets across digital, print, and presentation platforms. Develop marketing materials, websites, social media assets, advertisements, and infographics. Ensure brand consistency across all design elements and client deliverables. Work closely with creative directors, copywriters, and marketing teams to develop innovative solutions. Optimize designs for digital platforms, ensuring responsiveness, accessibility, and UX best practices. Design stunning Keynote presentations with stunning visuals, animations, and seamless layouts. Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to push creative boundaries. Requirements: 2+ years of professional design experience in an ad agency, design firm or fast-paced creative environment. Proficiency in Figma —ability to design, prototype, and collaborate efficiently in a modern digital workflow. Expertise in Keynote —capable of designing visually compelling, animated, and highly polished presentations. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles. Experience designing for both digital and print media. Familiarity with UI/UX principles and best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without sacrificing creativity or quality. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A standout portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work across various media. Preferred: Experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro). Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles. Background in branding and visual storytelling.
