Job Title: Facilities Associate Specialist The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting multiple key functions including facilities, real estate, environmental health and safety, and security. - Delivers progress updates and ensures timely repairs in a cost-effective manner. - Processes payments according to established guidelines. - Supports facilities and real estate teams on spend processes, tracks expenses, and assists with closing processes related to spend tracking. - Acts as a liaison with vendors for the acquisition, replacement, or upgrades of new materials, applications, and projects. - Supports contract labor projects. - Collaborates with internal departments and external vendors for facility maintenance and improvement projects. - Tracks and reports key departmental performance indicators, such as budget compliance. - Prepares monthly reports for management on departmental issues and accomplishments. Key Responsibilities - Environmental Health and Safety: - Assists with tracking EHSS metrics by collecting, consolidating, aggregating, managing, and reporting data annually. - Pulls site headcount and hours worked data each month across global sites. - Processes purchase orders submission, handles process, invoice reconciliation, and investigations. - Tracks workers compensation by confirming wages statements and claims supporting documentation processing. - Maintains lists of current Site Leaders by facility/region. Requirements - Teamwork and customer focus oriented. - Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently with good time management. - Good oral and written communication skills in English are required. - Ability to prioritize work efficiently. - Good knowledge of applicable codes, OSHA, manufacturing practices, environmental regulations, and ISO standards. - Experience with SAP, CMS, Windchill, EtQ, Auto CAD software programs is preferred. Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience OR Associate's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma / Equivalent and 4 years of relevant experience. Project management experience is highly desirable.
