A Day in the Life As Marketing Director for LID– LATAM you will lead a team of extraordinary talented players,driving brand exposure and growth across Latin America. This roleoffers a unique opportunity to shape the future of luxury beauty inthe region, working closely with distributors and collaboratingwith cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals. You will beinstrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies thatresonate with consumers and elevate our brands' presence in themarket. - Strategic Brand Building: Develop and implementcomprehensive marketing strategies for our LATAM Luxe brands,aligning with global brand guidelines while adapting to localmarket nuances. This includes defining target audiences, craftingcompelling brand narratives, and overseeing all aspects of themarketing mix. - Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor,and develop a high-performing team of 9 direct reports, fostering acollaborative and inclusive environment. Provide guidance, support,and opportunities for professional growth. - Budget Management& Financial Planning: Manage and control the marketing budgeteffectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI acrossall initiatives. Develop and present detailed financial plans andreports. - Distributor Collaboration: Build and maintain strongrelationships with key distributors, ensuring effectivecollaboration and alignment on marketing strategies and execution.Negotiate agreements and manage performance. - Cross-FunctionalCollaboration: Collaborate closely with various internal teams,including sales, R&I;, and supply chain, to ensure seamlessexecution of marketing plans and achieve shared objectives. We AreLooking For The ideal candidate is a highly experienced andresults-oriented marketing professional with a proven track recordof success in the luxury beauty industry. They possess strongleadership skills, a deep understanding of the LATAM market, and apassion for building iconic brands. - Experience: 7+ years ofexperience - Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, anddevelop high-performing teams. - Marketing Expertise: Extensiveknowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practiceswithin the luxury beauty sector. - Brand Management: Deepunderstanding of brand building, positioning, and management, witha proven ability to create and execute successful brand strategies.- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationshipswith internal and external stakeholders. - Strategic Thinking:Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and developinnovative marketing plans that drive growth.
