We are seeking a new team member who will be creating design standards and front end interfaces that enhance the customer's experience with ProcessMaker and facilitate positive experiences with the software for first-party and end users alike. Responsibilities - Own the design for feature development within the product to elevate the user experience to best-in-class standards - Align product stakeholders to design standards for a cohesive product experience across both platform and solutions products - Advise on best practices for modern design standards and user experience across all customer-facing offerings - Cross-examine design and functionality decisions with internal and external stakeholders Essential Functions - Develop mockups and designs for product requirement documents and partner with the engineering team to see the designs through implementation in the product - Maintain the design pattern library for the product’s UI - Perform ad hoc analyses of industry designs and functionality to make recommendations on product strategy decisions to leadership - Conduct user testing and market research, including the development of ‘paper’ prototypes and user walkthroughs for user interviews Minimal Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of UI design experience - Demonstrated success managing cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority - Technical background with experience in SAAS and enterprise software - Proficiency with design software Preferred Qualifications - Experience conducting user research and testing - Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Experience with product launch strategies and/or product management Top Competencies for Success in This Role - User Research – You uncover user needs and behaviors to inform design decisions. - Wireframing & Prototyping – You visualize concepts quickly and iterate based on feedback. - Visual Design – You create intuitive, accessible, and on-brand user interfaces. - Collaboration with Product & Engineering – You work cross-functionally to ensure design intent is implemented effectively. - Design Systems – You maintain consistency and efficiency through shared design standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr Required Skill Profession Desarrollo De Software
