Your Role: As Head of Finance, you will lead the global financial strategy, operations, and compliance for a high-growth fintech organization. You’ll work closely with the CEO and executive team to scale operations, ensure financial health, and enable long-term success. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute a financial strategy aligned with expansion goals in the U.S. and Europe. Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on financial performance and risk. Oversee audits, tax strategy, and ensure full regulatory compliance across regions. Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across revenue streams. Monitor and optimize financial KPIs, including processing costs and customer profitability. Identify cost-saving opportunities while supporting continued growth. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations: PSD2, PCI DSS, DORA, SOX, and U.S. reporting standards. Implement robust internal controls and risk mitigation strategies. Advise on legal, cross-border, and Private Equity compliance matters. Capital & Fundraising Strategy: Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and working capital. Support equity and debt fundraising efforts and maintain investor relations. Build strong banking and financial partnerships. Vendor & Partner Relations: Collaborate with product and partnerships teams on vendor negotiations and financial terms. Represent the company in strategic financial conversations with external stakeholders.
