The role involves designing system structures, documenting processes, testing, and training end-users. Key Responsibilities Design and Development - Collaborate with business owners to design and implement new functionalities, including requirements gathering, specifications, testing, and deployment. - Create test scripts and conduct testing to ensure system integrity and data quality. - Perform routine audits and troubleshoot technical issues. - Maintain the SAP SuccessFactors database and stay updated on system upgrades. Security - Act as SuccessFactors Administrator, managing access permissions per role and legislation. - Ensure system efficiency, stability, and accessibility. Integrations - Support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems like ADP, UKG, Darwin, and Varicent. Reporting and Analytics - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards within SuccessFactors. Training and Documentation - Provide training on SAP SuccessFactors and HR technologies. - Create instructional guides and maintain system documentation.
