About the Senior Salesforce Engineer The SalesforceEngineer role will be able to design, build, and support scalableand maintainable solutions within the Salesforce platform. Thisrole is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in Salesforcedevelopment and architecture principles. Responsibilities SolutionDesign & Development: - Design and implement high-quality,scalable, and secure solutions within the Salesforce platform. -Translate business requirements into well-architected solutionsusing best practices. - Estimate level of effort and assist inplanning development work. Salesforce Platform Expertise: -Leverage core Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce,Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows and Platform Features. -Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or other Salesforce products. - Optimize the use of platform capabilities tominimize custom development where possible. Technical Execution: -Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to establisheddevelopment standards and best practices. - Collaborate withcross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions. Collaboration & Communication: - Work closely with internalteam members including Solution Consultants, Project Managers andother Engineers to deliver solutions aligned with business goals. -Escalate risks or blockers to the Technical Lead or Director asneeded. - Communicate effectively with both technical andnon-technical stakeholders. Quality & Continuous Improvement: -Participate in QA activities, including unit testing and supportinguser acceptance testing. - Contribute to ongoing improvements ofinternal processes, standards, and tools. - Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend features or upgrades to improvethe platform. Qualifications - 4+ years of hands-on experiencedeveloping solutions on the Salesforce platform. - Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools. - Experience working with multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., SalesCloud, Service Cloud). - Strong understanding of Salesforce bestpractices and platform limitations. - Experience participating inor leading technical design sessions and solution reviews. -Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; PlatformDeveloper II, JavaScript Developer or other Salesforcecertifications are a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills andattention to detail. - Strong communication and collaborationskills.
