Financial Operations Manager Role We are seeking a skilled financial professional to manage day-to-day financial operations. Main Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate all financial operations, including payroll, billing, month-end close journal entries, intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and P&L; analysis. - Prepare and analyze financial submissions to ensure accurate month-end accruals. - Provide financial insights and analysis to senior management on actual monthly results. - Review actuals against budget with local operations team to provide details for variance analysis. - Maintain compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of finance experience in Accounting and FP&A.; - Bachelor's degree in finance or Business Administration related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - High attention to detail and results-focused. - Ability to deliver high-quality work product under tight deadlines. - Advance Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
