About The Role We’re looking for a self-motivated, high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to book qualified sales calls for our high-ticket PR services. You will handle inbound leads from our CRM, marketing campaigns, and automations — not cold calling. You’ll be the first contact for many prospects and a key driver of sales success. This role suits a hardworking go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and seeks long-term growth into higher sales roles. What You’ll Do Respond to inbound email leads, CRM prospects, and inquiries Qualify and schedule high-quality appointments with our sales team Follow up via phone, email, and automation tools Maintain clean and organized CRM data (GoHighLevel experience is a plus) Assist in live client transitions and sales conversations occasionally Learn sales strategies and potentially close deals as you grow Meet daily/weekly booking goals and contribute to company growth What We’re Looking For 2+ years in inside sales, BDR, call centers, door-to-door, or appointment setting Strong communication skills (phone and written) Self-managed, energetic, results-oriented Experience with CRMs and sales tools (GoHighLevel a plus) Organized, able to multitask and prioritize Long-term mindset with growth ambitions Hungry to succeed and ready to grind Native English speaker with excellent sales communication skills Compensation Base salary + commission Commissions for: Qualified calls booked Showed appointments Sales closed by our team Sales you close with training and support OTE: $14,000–$25,000+ based on performance Benefits In-office preferred (St. Petersburg HQ) with flexible hybrid options Unlimited PTO Health, dental, vision, life insurance 401k with financial advisor access Gym credits or Calm subscription Internal promotion and career growth opportunities Fun, high-performance, growth-oriented culture Why Otter PR?
