Position Overview: We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead outbound sales and business development efforts. This role is responsible for filling the sales pipeline with qualified leads, driving revenue growth, and managing a high-performing BDR team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a track record of successful lead generation and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Qualification: Generate high-quality leads and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects in the home service industry. Outbound Sales Strategy: Execute targeted outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking. Prospect Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, effectively positioning the companys services. Sales Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage a team of BDRs to optimize performance and achieve targets. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, and sales meetings scheduled. Pipeline Management: Ensure a steady flow of high-quality prospects to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (home services industry preferred). 3+ years of experience training and managing sales or BDR team. Proven ability to scale lead generation and increase sales through outbound strategies. Familiarity with sales tools like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze performance metrics and refine strategies accordingly. Nice-to-Haves: Experience leading SDR teams.
