Specialist, Payment Operations - Wire Room - Reading, PA Reading, United States of America **WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING** The **Specialist, Payment Operations - Wire Room **is responsible for supporting the processing of payments and related activities and is an integral part of the Payment Operations team. **Description**: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company's business units. Aims to deliver superior service to clients by driving and optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of people, processes, and technology thereby enhancing financial performance, increasing investment capacity, and managing risk. Builds the sustainable repeatable capabilities that support the delivery of the highest standards of service and execution. Analyzes and reviews data tools, business processes, and operational standards to execute service delivery. Evaluates and will ensure that operations meet company objectives, business needs, service agreements, and relevant requirements. Researches and monitors the external landscape to identify developments and translate them into operational implications for the company. **Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements**: - Supports processing of payment transactions and related activities. - Reports issues of concern or matters of potential loss to the Manager. - Provides exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. - Adheres to Privacy Policy and the Code of Ethics and follows all policies and procedures relative to Consumer Compliance laws and regulators and best practice recommendations. - Processes / reconciles transactions related to product/functional area. **Qualifications**: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
