Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive. **Project Manager** The Project Manager coordinates, supervises, organizes and assigns all the department's projects, from the first moment to final delivery. He defines deadlines, distributes responsibilities and monitors the progress of all jobs. Is responsible for the efficient functioning of the workflow, primarily using the company's organizational tools. Works closely with other departments, as well as freelancers, vendors, suppliers and third parties, distributing and acquiring information that ensures the efficient progress of production. **Key Responsibilities**: - Coordinate internal and external resources for flawless execution of projects. - Attending to the different internal clients of the department, such as Marketing, Affiliates and Partners. - Understand, distribute and monitor all jobs, making sure they are successful and delivered on time. - Ensure all work is delivered on time, within scope and budget. - Manage and create schedules, as well as find solutions in the face of unforeseen events. - Understand the purpose of each piece of production, so you can communicate this to all parties involved. - Contribute creatively with the workflow, aiming to achieve more and more organization and efficiency. - Creating reports such as: accountability, organizational, performance measurement, etc. - Working together with other departments as well as with external suppliers. - Forwarding projects to the Head of the area for approval, before making the final delivery. - Report or refer any concerns or needs to management. **Requirements**: - Proven professional experience in project management for Creative Services. - Corporate experience to act with autonomy, always respecting hierarchies. - Excellent internal communication and client relationship skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. - Know how to convey goals and objectives in a clear, calm and organized manner. - Ability to self-organize - Ability to take ownership of a project and drive it to completion. - Know how to balance empathy and professionalism. - Able to build strong relationships with the team and other areas, even in potentially difficult circumstances. - Proven ability to work well under pressure with a high degree of flexibility and positive approach. - Strong customer service ethos. - Committed to quality. - Enthusiasm for improvement. - Strong analytical skills. - English and Spanish. **How We Get Things Done** **The Legal Bits
