What will I be doing? As a Second Pastry Cook, your responsibilities include: Producing the Mise en Place for the kitchen Setting up orders for sales points Ensuring organization and hygiene in the kitchen Preparing food using appropriate techniques under supervision Storing food and checking its validity Assisting other departments as needed Transmitting shift information during changeovers Performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor What are we looking for?
