Digital Paid Media Expertise We seek a Digital Paid Media Specialist to assume full responsibility for end-to-end management of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads. This individual will be responsible for developing strategy, setting budgets, creating audiences, launching and optimizing campaigns, implementing automation via scripts, and providing performance reports to internal teams and clients. Key Accountabilities: - Campaign Planning & Budgeting - Campaign Setup & Management - Automation & Optimization - Performance Reporting & Insights - Client Communication & Partnerships Required Skills and Qualifications: - 2–3 years managing paid-media campaigns with monthly budgets of ≥ USD 10,000 for B2B companies - Certifications: Google Ads Search or Display Specialist and Meta Blueprint (Media Buying) - Mastery of Google Tag Manager, Facebook Conversions API, Google Ads Scripts, Looker Studio, and GA4 - Strong Excel/Sheets skills for ad-hoc analysis and spend modeling - Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills under tight deadlines - Experience with ClickUp, Clockify & Google Workspace - Proficiency in English and Spanish Paid Media Campaigns, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads
