Key Responsibilities Prepare and review legal documents, pleadings, and motions Conduct legal research to support active litigation cases Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation Maintain and manage case files and documentation Communicate with clients regarding case status and information needs Support trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and discovery materials The firm primarily focuses on medical malpractice and civil rights litigation. Experience with plaintiff-side litigation is highly preferred.
