Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert guidance on best practices to customers. - Assist with troubleshooting technical issues. - Collaborate with other teams for customer success. - Manage customer production environments. - Develop knowledge articles for customers. Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong technical knowledge, including SQL, Linux, Unix, and familiarity with other Operating Systems. - Interest in scripting languages and web technologies. - Ability to articulate complex solutions clearly. - Experience working directly with external customers in a support environment.
