Job Overview: Our Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients or customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products or services. The role involves managing key accounts, fostering client satisfaction, and driving business growth. Responsibilities: 1) Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Understand clients' business needs and objectives. Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company. 2) Account Management: Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Develop account plans and strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets. Place and follow up the client’s purchase orders. Ensure timely and successful delivery of products or services according to client needs. Keep company’s platforms up to date. 3) Communication: Effectively communicate with clients to understand their feedback, concerns, and expectations. Relay client feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement. 4) Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts. Collaborate with the sales team to acquire new clients and expand the customer base. Plan marketing events and material. Speaking to KOLs and engage them with our product. 5) Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively. Work closely with internal teams to resolve any challenges related to product or service delivery. 6) Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and overall performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in biology-related field. At least 3 years’ experience in account management, sales, or a related role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English. Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both clients and internal teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to develop and execute marketing activities and plan regional events to better commercialized our products in the market. Access to regional KOLs on the field and ability to communicate with them and involve them in our commercial activities. Strong negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients. Ability to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Flexibility to travel constantly. Preferably based in Chile or Argentina.
