They perform select functional work in a consistent manner across regions using simplified, standardized end-to-end processes and state-of-the-art technology. They are trusted business partners who deliver increasing value by creating and sustaining globally standard world-class services. This role will report through the Global Services Strategy and Design Lead. The role will be primarily responsible to shape the vision and define outcomes for Global Services and develop a clear roadmap to achieve goals. They will deliver strategies for the aspects of cross-functional services, deliver operational capabilities, processes and systems. This role leads external/internal insights generation, development, communications and execution of our global multi-year strategy. Scope includes Enterprise A&D; and Transformation, Continuous Improvement, and Innovation, all service delivery areas, and operations enablement. This role will drive with cross-functional leaders and their team to inform, align and integrate GS strategies broadly to ensure superior employee experience, functional excellence and efficiencies **Key Responsibilities**: - Leads the development and execution of GS strategic plans, roadmaps and measures of success in partnership with Enterprise, transformation, A&D;, CII, and service delivery leadership teams - Lead projects or major work streams related to emerging strategic issues and functional area strategies as needed - Lead development and deployment of GS capabilities roadmap in alignment with enterprise teams - Responsible for strategic messaging for GS strategy and vision. - Lead design of end-to-end strategy and drive decision making criteria for GS service, facilitating with delivery leaders to harmonize functional and operations needs - Lead strategy for internal and external partnership to establish and manage relationships with 3rd parties, internal and external relationships to provide benchmarking, landscape, and external perspectives - Develops strategic programs that align to GS strategy and delivers value in the form of tangible outcomes to the organization - Oversee core strategic processes such as network capacity, sourcing strategy, business continuity planning. - Prepare, align, and share GS performance documents including OGSM, Executive Scorecard, and others collaborating with Operations **Qualifications** Position Requirements**: - A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain or related degree. - 10 yrs of experience in Global Services, global function, operations or shared services function - Min 2 years Experience in one or more of the following areas: transformation, A&D;, strategy or capability build - Demonstrated ability to work across functional and geographic boundaries - Demonstrated ability to build future capabilities through internal and external partnerships - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned activities, while managing complexity and ambiguity - Demonstrated ability in budget management and understanding of complex organizational factors. - Demonstrated ability to shape, creating a future vision and gaining support and alignment to that vision, including communicating across various forums and broad, diverse audiences to build buy-in **Preferred Requirements/Competencies**: - MBA or master’s degree in Business Administration,
