This position is dynamic, and ideal for those who enjoy problem-solving, collaborating, helping people, and optimizing systems. Responsibilities 1. Serve as expert to all firm systems software’s including but not limited to Microsoft 365, AirCall, Slack, Zoom, Adobe, Rippling, Monday, and CampLegal. 2. Manage internal IT support tickets and troubleshoot day-to-day technical issues 3. Set up and configure hardware (laptops, workstations) for new and existing team members 4. Handle software installations, updates, and ongoing support 5. Assist with user account creation and management across internal platforms 6. Maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation Required Qualifications Education: degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration roles, or professional services environment. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 – required, Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, Familiarity with basic networking and desktop support Other: C1 English- Spanish Level. Work Environment This is an hybrid position at our Medellín, Colombia office. Pay & Benefits Base salary: $4,400,000 COP per month. The position offers direct employment with the firm under an indefinite-term contract, including all legally mandated social benefits under Colombian law. Flexible working hours within a 42-hour workweek, five days a week.
