While this is optional, candidates who provide a video presentation will be given priority. About the Role We are seeking a Web Designer & Developer to join a growing creative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design and development — bringing visual ideas to life through beautifully crafted websites and digital experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping how users interact with the brand across digital touchpoints, owning the execution of Webflow development, landing page optimization, and technical integrations. Responsibilities: Own and execute front-end development initiatives, including new website pages, landing pages, and ongoing maintenance. Develop websites and components using Webflow CMS , writing clean and scalable code. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to translate concepts and mockups into functional, high-converting web pages. Integrate the website with third-party tools (CRMs, analytics, automation platforms, etc.). Set up and manage analytics, tracking, and attribution systems to monitor performance. Optimize websites for SEO , loading speed, and mobile responsiveness. Improve site performance continuously based on data insights, testing, and user feedback. Stay up to date with web design trends and front-end development best practices. Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in front-end web development . Strong proficiency in Webflow , HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Experience working with React or similar JavaScript frameworks. Proven track record of developing responsive, user-friendly websites. Experience with third-party API integrations . Solid grasp of UX/UI design principles. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics , Tag Manager , and similar platforms. Nice to Have: Knowledge of SEO best practices and performance optimization techniques. Experience working with remote teams, especially across different time zones.
