As a **Head of Analytics**, you will build and manage the Analytics' team, guide the work across a wide area of responsibilities, drive technology requirements and investments that make analytics a strategic weapon for the company, and interface with other groups. **Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**: - User segmentation. Best practices for A/B testing, consistent analysis of results and cataloguing of what we learn. Continuing to dig deeper into the drivers for performance. Making sure that we have a really solid understanding of and control over our core financial engine. - Business intelligence tooling, ETL infrastructure, client-side tracking instrumentation, unified view of customer data across tools and services used by the business. - User research to understand the emotions and motivations behind user behavior. Financial planning and analysis to make sure that the entire company is aligned on goals and how to drive towards them. - Data engineering to be sure that analytics has access to data and tools needed. Data science to be sure that work isn't being duplicated and everyone understands our business in the same way. - Understanding how service speed and quality affect business metrics. Operational metrics for customer support (ticket times, agent productivity, etc.). Operational metrics for queue/back office tasks. - Make sure that team members understand how to have an impact and make sure they are aware of that impact when they've made it. - Work with marketing, paid acquisition optimization, including LTV predictions, attribution models. Brand awareness/affinity metrics. Desirable Master's Degree or Specialization in analytics. - **Experience**: At least 7 years of general experience and 3 years in leadership roles. Must have around 7 years of working experience in a data analyst or data warehousing position, preferably working as a Senior Data Analyst in a fast-paced and complex business setting, and will also have had a proven and successful experience in the execution of data analytics initiatives, leading to the development of useful insights and the improvement of a business’s performance and driving top-line growth. - **Knowledge**:Highly skilled in the use of **SQL serve**r, being able to draw complex queries that lead to improvements in business performance. Have an understanding of A/B testing as well as vast knowledge in the identification of key metrics that measure and drive long-term health of the business. Desirable knowledge in **Python **and **R **as well. - **Language**: Very good English skills.
