Job Description We are seeking an Industrial Designer to develop products across multiple sectors, including foam fabrication, wood container design, and aerospace components. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills to create designs that are both aesthetically appealing and highly functional. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop products for foam, wood, and aerospace applications, ensuring they meet functional and aesthetic requirements. - Create sketches, diagrams, and illustrations to effectively communicate design concepts. - Develop and test prototypes using foam, wood, and aerospace-grade materials. - Utilize CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to create precise 2D and 3D models. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field. - Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling tools. - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly in foam fabrication, wood construction, or aerospace components. - Excellent sketching and visualization skills. - Understanding of material properties and their applications in product design. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
