**Job Summary**: **Key Responsibilities**: **Amazon Storefront Management** - Create, optimize, and maintain product listings on Amazon Seller Central (titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, A+ content) - Upload and manage variations (sizes, colors), promotions, and backend keywords - Monitor listing health and fix suppressed/flagged listings - Ensure compliance with Amazon SEO and content guidelines - Track performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, ranking) and implement improvements - Respond to customer reviews and Q&A; when needed - Liaise with Amazon Seller Support for resolution of listing issues **Website Administration & Development** - Manage and update website content (home page banners, product pages, collections, SEO meta tags) - Upload and manage new products and images via CMS (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, or custom backend) - Monitor website performance, uptime, and user experience - Handle basic development updates: HTML/CSS/JS edits, third-party app integrations, and layout improvements - Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility - Implement performance enhancements and basic SEO best practices - Manage domain, hosting, and security updates (SSL, plugin updates, etc.) **Requirements**: - 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts - 1+ years of experience managing a website (preferably in eCommerce) - Strong understanding of eCommerce SEO and Amazon keyword optimization tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout) - Proficient in using a CMS (Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce, or similar) - Basic coding skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (bonus if familiar with Liquid, PHP, or React) - Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and solve problems - Good communication and time management skills **Preferred Qualifications**: - Experience with Photoshop, Canva, or Figma for light design edits - Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, or Amazon Brand Analytics - Knowledge of UI/UX best practices - Familiarity with web performance optimization tools (PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix) Tipo de puesto: Medio tiempo, Freelance Horas previstas: 16 por semana
