It is ideal for people who are motivated, can prioritize work assignments, and are capable of taking ownership of their work. - **Responsibilities**: - Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. - Responding promptly to customer inquiries. - Communicating with customers through various channels. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Contact suppliers for product/order statuses; follow up. - Resolve order discrepancies, missing items, etc. - Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. - Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. - Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, suppliers and internal departments, as necessary. - Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. - Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. **Requirements**: - High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. - Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. - Comfortable using computersExperience working with customer support. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: From $2,000,000 per month Application Question(s): - Do you live in Bogota? - This is a presential position, can you work from Monday to Friday in our office in Barrio Chico? - Can you sustain a conversation in fluent English (B2,C1,C2)?
