Job Summary This is a key role that involves coordinating and executing all aspects of concurrent Technical projects, from initiation to successful completion. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and will be able to create and maintain clear channels of communication with internal and external stakeholders. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Stryker Corporation. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for defining project stakeholders, timelines, and maintaining project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. You will also coordinate between internal teams and external resources, communicate guidelines and deadlines clearly, effectively, and consistently. Key Responsibilities - Define project stakeholders, timeline, and maintain project documentation throughout project lifecycle. - Coordinate between internal teams and external resources, communicating guidelines and deadlines clearly, effectively, and consistently. - Assess, define, and mitigate overall project risk throughout project lifecycle and anticipate internal, external, and readily implement conflict and issue resolution with team project stakeholders. - Coordinate among internal teams to delegate and prioritize tasks and conduct status updates and check-ins with individual team members to ensure completion of tasks. - Provide regular project status check-ins, progress tracking, and updates on deliverables with internal/external teams and stakeholders. - Manage client relationship throughout project lifecycle and uphold high standards for individual contributors, holding everyone accountable for their deadlines. - Partner with internal teams, including App Managers, Technical Leaders, Development teams, Release Managers, and others as required. - Support new team members with onboarding, mentoring, planning, budgeting, implementation, and consistency with messaging, tone, and overall quality control. - Be accountable for project results of staying on-budget, on-schedule, and meet or exceed expectations. - Create and edit project documents, materials, and presentations. Requirements and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent with practical experience. - 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in IT and/or SW development Apps Project Management. - Experience managing Kanban, Scrum, and other project types such as Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile. - Experience working with Atlassian's JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Excel & project, and/or any other Project management tool. - Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master a plus.
