We are a property management office looking for an Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company. Responsibilities: - Prepare and examine accounting records, owner's statements, tenant ledgers, property-based financial statements, and other financial reports. - Reconcile multiple bank accounts. - Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies. - Reconcile general ledger account balances. - Report analysis and findings to the management team. - Interface with clients and vendors regarding accounting matters. - Develop and analyze financial reporting for business operations and budgets. - Perform audits, ensuring adherence to quality standard requirements. - Create new processes to improve financial effectiveness and efficiency. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: - 4 year Accounting degree. - Previous experience in accounting (5+ years) or other related fields. - Previous experience in the reconciliation of credit cards. - Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and Word. - Detail and deadline oriented. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Self-motivated and self-directed. - Time management skills. - Ability to multitask. #J-18808-Ljbffr
