About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Hub Spot Developer & Automation Specialist to lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of Hub Spot across multiple business functions. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in Rev Ops-focused Hub Spot implementations, third-party integrations, and workflow automation. You will play a key role in enhancing marketing, sales, and service processes while also contributing to the development of AI-driven recruitment solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and manage Hub Spot Products, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS Hub, and Service Hub, ensuring seamless adoption and optimization. - Develop and maintain custom integrations, automation workflows, and data migration tools using Make.com, Zapier, OpenAI, Gong, and Clay. - Build and deploy backend microservices using Python and/or Node.js to extend Hub Spot functionality and support custom automation logic. - Develop API endpoints and backend infrastructure to integrate Hub Spot with internal databases, CRMs, and third-party tools. - Automate data processing pipelines and batch operations for reporting, analytics, and AI model training using Python scripts. - Create webhook listeners and custom middleware to handle real-time event processing from Hub Spot and other systems. - Support internal teams by building in-house tools and scripts to enhance operational efficiency within the Hub Spot ecosystem. - Lead third-party API integrations to streamline data flow between Hub Spot and other business tools. - Drive AI-based enhancements within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), leveraging OpenAI for intelligent recommendation features. - Oversee Hub Spot onboarding and training, ensuring best practices and proper usage across departments. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance. Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience in Hub Spot implementation, customization, and administration. - Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js, with experience building backend services and automation scripts. - Strong background in Rev Ops strategies and optimizing business processes through automation. - Hands-on experience with Make.com (Integromat), Zapier, OpenAI, Gong, and Clay for automation and integrations. - Experience in developing AI-powered automation and recommendation systems is a plus. - Experience working with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and real-time data handling. - Knowledge of data migration best practices and system integrations. - Ability to analyze business needs and implement scalable solutions within Hub Spot. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
