As a Strategic Marketing Manager for New Energies and Chemicals, you will develop marketing strategies and programs to maximize customer demand and sales growth. You will work with the Global Industry Strategy and Marketing Director for Process Industries and collaborate with internal organizations globally. - Develop strategies to drive sales and profit in new energy and chemical markets through industry knowledge, customer needs, market trends, and external environmental trends. - Partner with partners to understand customer needs and opportunities through qualitative and quantitative research. - Establish relationships with Rockwell Automation business units, sales, solutions, and services to guide solution development and deployment. - Collaborate with other industry SMMs to identify common customer needs across multiple industries. - Responsible for industry proof points, including campaign material, collateral for trade conferences, and sales enablement support. - Accountable for overall budget facilitation and reports for industry segments. - Develop and execute plans to grow share with major project launches within industry marketing across all regions. - Partner to improve product portfolio considering regional customer dynamics. - Help develop the Rockwell Automation Industry Marketing Strategy (MSP) and Business Strategy Review (BSR).
