Position Overview The Sales Director will be responsible for leading and executing United Imaging Healthcare Colombia’s commercial strategy, covering two key areas: 1. Channel Management – Drive the development of our indirect sales channels, managing the funnel, strengthening relationships with existing partners, and expanding into new channels, especially for emerging modalities. 2. Top Account Management – Develop direct relationships with Colombia’s leading hospitals, imaging centers, and clinical groups, implementing strategic account planning to position United Imaging as a preferred imaging solutions provider. This role requires a high-performing sales leader with deep expertise in the medical imaging industry, strong connections in the healthcare sector, and a proven track record in business development and strategic account management. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead and expand the channel partner network, ensuring high-performance management and alignment with United Imaging’s business objectives. 2. Monitor and manage the sales funnel, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline growth. 3. Identify and develop new channel partners, especially for high-growth modalities. 4. Conduct training and enablement programs to enhance channel effectiveness. 5. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with channel partners. Top Account Management: 1. Establish and nurture direct relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers at Colombia’s major hospitals, diagnostic imaging centers, and healthcare networks. 2. Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize sales opportunities. 3. Lead contract negotiations and business development efforts for key accounts. 4. Collaborate closely with marketing, clinical applications, and service teams to deliver value-driven solutions to customers. 5. Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to position United Imaging as a market leader. Qualifications & Experience 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). 2. 10+ years of experience in sales leadership within the medical imaging or healthcare technology industry. 3. Strong network of relationships with hospitals, imaging centers, and healthcare decision-makers in Brazil. 4. Experience managing both direct and indirect sales channels in a complex healthcare environment. 5. Expertise in capital equipment sales, solution-based selling, and long-term account management. 6. Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building high-performance sales teams. 7. Strong business acumen with experience in P&L; management, contract negotiations, and strategic planning. 8. Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
