Requirements Must to have Senior Consultant specializing in SAP VMS with over 8 years of experience in implementation and continuous improvement projects in the automotive and vehicle distribution industries. Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic liaison between the business, the implementation team, and key stakeholders, with a focus on evaluating project performance, scope, and alignment with business objectives. Specialization in SAP VMS (Vehicle Management System). Management of new and used vehicles. Vehicle lifecycle (from orders to delivery). Integration with SD, MM, LO, and CRM. Configuration of models, variants, and features. In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and hybrid environments. Experience in SAP project evaluation, analysis of deliverables, KPI compliance, and recommendations for realignment. Knowledge of Activate, Agile, and ASAP methodologies. Ability to evaluate the performance and scope of implementation projects, with clear executive reports and actionable recommendations. Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, business (sales, logistics, after-sales), internal client technical teams, and implementation consulting teams. Experience leading or participating in project control committees, roadmap definition, and deviation resolution. Skills in functional documentation, blueprint validation, UAT testing, cutover management, and post-go-live follow-up. Coaching in Change Management and Training activities.
