Your Mission – Key Responsibilities for Senior Project Management Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects of varying complexity, maintaining oversight of budgets, timelines, resources, and quality. What you need to succeed – Senior Project Management Experience & Technical Delivery Skills A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management roles, leading technology or software delivery projects (required). Certified in Project Management methodologies such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum Master (at least one required). Proven track record managing complex projects, including distributed or remote teams in Latin America or globally. Strong organisational skills: able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders with confidence. Clear, effective written and verbal communication in English (intermediate+ level); proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus. Skilled with digital project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, or similar). Analytical thinking, solution-oriented mindset, and a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder value. Nice to Have – Advanced Project Management Capabilities & Industry Knowledge Experience leading digital transformation, cloud migration, or large-scale enterprise software implementations. Background in industries like banking, fintech, healthcare, or telecommunications. Knowledge of Lean, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies.
