As a Director, Solution Engineering, you will work closely with the Sales Leaders and the Sales team to drive growth and take a strategic view to advance our journey. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Leadership Team with extensive experience managing teams, driving transformational change, and engaging at the CXO level. Exceptional leadership, communication, strategic, analytical, and consulting skills are required. The ideal candidate will have success in: Managing internal and external stakeholders Building C level relationships and translating them into revenue Leading transformational initiatives and fostering disruptive thinking and innovation People and organizational leadership Responsibilities: Manage and grow the Solution Engineering team, ensuring top talent recruitment and retention Partner with Sales leadership to support enterprise deals and acquire new customers Drive innovation within the team to enhance solution selling approaches Build and nurture C-level relationships across key accounts to strengthen partnerships Influence customer IT strategies to deepen engagement Collaborate with Sales to develop and implement growth strategies aligned with our vision Hire top talent, manage performance, and facilitate career development and succession planning Uphold Salesforce values and demonstrate exemplary leadership Experience/Skills Required: Passion for technology and innovation, with a forward-thinking mindset Sales-oriented experience in pre-sales, sales leadership, or consulting, with regional growth success Strong relationships with C-level executives and experience selling solutions at this level Proven success in building and improving sales or consulting organizations Consistent track record of revenue achievement, accurate forecasting, and team development Ability to evaluate, develop, and reshape teams, inspiring performance and growth Deep understanding of Cloud Computing and its business benefits Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to clearly explain technological and business concepts Strong grasp of business processes and enterprise application implementation #J-18808-Ljbffr
