Freight Broker / Freight Agent (Book of Business Required) Location: Remote – LATAM Compensation: $2,500/month base + commission (depending on experience and client portfolio) Industry: Freight Brokerage / Logistics Schedule: Full-time, U.S. business hours About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Freight Broker or Freight Agent to join our growing logistics operation. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a proven track record in freight brokerage and an active book of business to hit the ground running. The ideal candidate is a confident negotiator with strong industry relationships who can immediately begin quoting and moving freight through existing customer and carrier contacts. Key Responsibilities: Manage freight brokerage operations from quote to delivery, including carrier negotiation and capacity procurement. Leverage existing customer accounts and carrier relationships to drive immediate revenue generation. Maintain strong communication with both shippers and carriers to ensure on-time, cost-effective transportation solutions. Provide competitive quotes across various freight types, lanes, and U.S. regions. Transition your book of business into our system seamlessly and activate customer and carrier partnerships from day one. Collaborate closely with internal operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of accounts and efficient freight movement. Qualifications: Minimum 2–3 years of U.S. freight brokerage experience. Demonstrated success in quoting, booking, and managing truckload freight. Strong negotiation skills with both shippers and carriers. Active book of business (customer accounts and/or carrier network) that can be transitioned immediately. Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
