Position: Learning Experience Manager TheLearning Experience Manager will be responsible for coordinating,organizing, and implementing all of our training programs. Theywill work closely with our Learning Experience Leaders and othersite managers daily to ensure the quality of all programs and toexecute and deliver world-class training for all of our teammatesand future leaders. Responsibilities include but are not limitedto: 1. Maintain Training Schedule for Colombia and Mexico Sites toensure transparency with other departments. 2. Update allSpreadsheets for rosters for Colombia and Mexico Team as employeesare added or deleted. 3. Create Seats for New Training Staff,including updated job descriptions, duties, and pay ranges. 4.Interview for New Training Staff, including interview questionsregarding skillset and culture. 5. Onboard Training Staff with acomplete overview of TaskUs culture and Job Expectations. 6. SetJob Expectations with Training Staff, including all policies andprocedures for training staff. 7. Grade Training Staff on TrainingSkill Sets, where KPIs are assessed and measured. 8. DevelopTraining Staff and Leadership with education and certifications inthe area of continued education. 9. Observe Training Staff duringtraining classes to maintain excellence in performance. 10. ProvidePositive and Constructive Feedback for coaching and mentoring eachtrainer for improvements and praise. 11. Provide KPIs and standardsfor each quarter for Training Staff, setting goals for each trainerquarterly. 12. Provide tools/resources to assist in excellenttraining material creation. 13. Document information on eachTraining Staff Member, maintaining electronic records. 14. Receiveand analyze training evaluation forms for each class to identifytrends and patterns for improvement. 15. Create and maintaintraining methodologies for the department to enhance the trainingexperience. 16. Develop training courses to further educate currentemployees for possible higher positions. 17. Maintain strongcommunication with Recruiting and Operations to co-create a strongcycle from pipeline to production. Qualifications: 1. Five years oftraining experience. 2. Two years of management experience. 3. Twoyears of BPO Experience. 4. Strong written and verbal communicationskills. 5. Strong coaching and mentoring skills. 6. Strong will tolearn and adapt to quick change. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Officeand Google Suite applications. 8. Strong interpersonal, conflictmanagement, and mentoring skills. 9. Ability to work on a flexibleschedule including weekends, holidays, evenings, and long hours.10. High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style. 11.Strong organizational, planning, project management, problemresolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, andinfluencing skills.
