Our goal is to become LATAM leaders in "last-mile as a service" by developing a robust, scalable solution and streamlined operations, helping our partners excel in e-commerce, identifying opportunities both within our operations and in our partners’ businesses. We are seeking a global Customer Success Sr Analyst for our Cargo team, passionate about technology, with a strong analytical mindset. You will support sales teams by designing growth and operational strategies to maximize value for partners across our 9 countries. As part of Rappi, your responsibilities will include: - Applying growth strategies to increase order potential of small and medium-sized partners - Managing the collections cycle, including settlement, invoicing, and collections - Achieving targets for quality metrics - Identifying process improvements and proposing creative solutions - Implementing growth campaigns and consulting with partners to grow their businesses - Gathering partner feedback and translating market needs into technical features - Designing analytics sharing methods and standardizing dashboards and templates for external presentation (note: this role designs dashboards but does not build them) What are the requirements to join this neon universe? - 3-6 years of professional experience in analytical roles within tech or logistics - Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative or business field - Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Fluency in a second language, either English or Portuguese - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective action plans - Skill in translating data into clear stories for external audiences - Entrepreneurial, proactive, and productive with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude - Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills - Intermediate or Advanced SQL skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
