Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Activity Manager to lead the 'Building Human Capital' components of our Country Strategic Plan. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership to policy and programme activities, ensuring quality project implementation of complex operations in nutrition, school feeding, social protection, and socio-economic integration. Key Responsibilities: - Project Management: Contribute towards the development of projects, plans, and processes that align with our programme policies and guidance. Represent us in policy-related meetings and influence policies in programmatic areas. - Team Supervision: Provide project management support to programmes of considerable size/complexity, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of project activities. - Collaboration: Coordinate with other units in the country office to manage resources efficiently, ensuring accountability and transparency of resource use. - Data Analysis: Develop and coordinate data gathering and monitoring systems, maintaining rigorous quality standards. Requirements: - Demonstrated technical expertise in relevant areas through direct collaboration with specialized teams. - At least three years of postgraduate professional experience in implementing programmes and/or projects related to food security and nutrition. - Proven experience in supervising teams of varying sizes and establishing operational relationships with government counterparts and other organizations.
