Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 2+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on AI, automation, or agent-based applications Must have: Python Experience building and consuming APIs; familiarity with microservice architectures Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals and data structures Nice have: Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and managing structured and unstructured data Comfortable with testing, debugging, and QA processes—especially in early-stage product development A relentless curiosity and drive to learn new tools, platforms, and frameworks as the field evolves Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with LLM orchestration tools (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, ReAct, AgentOps, etc.) Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant) and RAG pipelines Experience deploying AI workloads to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or serverless platforms (e.g., Modal, RunPod) Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or autonomous agent frameworks Nice to have a familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript Understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and compliance considerations Experience working in agile or startup environments with cross-functional teams Benefits: Competitive salary Prepaid medicine Life insurance Birthday day off.
