If so, we need to talk. The M365 Core Team is responsible for delivering the infrastructure to support our customer growth. This includes ensuring availability of servers, data center space and power among other infrastructure resources. We do this by understanding our customers through analyzing large amounts of data, partnering with business owners to understand product offerings, among other things. We design large scalable systems to optimize our supply chain processes to ensure our customers can always access Microsoft 365 in the cloud. We are at the heart of how we add more users and grow revenue for Microsoft 365. We are looking for a growth-oriented PM with a balanced set of design, incubation, growth engineering, data informed decision making, customer focus, partner engagement, and execution skills. **Responsibilities**: - Define large scale server infrastructure plans required to enable customer growth. Create and execute program plans, defining, and controlling project scope and budget, as well as maintaining and reporting out on customer and business impact and/or risks. - Define and execute cross-functionally mitigation strategies in case of infrastructure constraints - Engage stakeholders with outstanding communication, data analysis, visualizations, problem solving, analytical and project management skills. - Drive successful collaboration with other organizations which include Data Science, Capacity, Supply Chain & Provisioning (CSCP), Datacenter Engineering, Execution and Operations, Finance, Sales as well as product engineering teams effectively building relationships with a wide range of influencers and cultivating strategic relationships globally - Have passion for data driven decision making - Have good project management skills - Be a self-starter, deal with a lot of ambiguity - Learn quickly with a growth mindset **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, Supply Chain or equivalent - 3+ years program management experience relevant to Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or Math Preferred Qualifications - Great problem-solving skills with strong technical proficiency and strategic thinking - Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt quickly to new technology and processes - Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with rapidly changing requirements. - Ability to make pragmatic business and project/program/engineerig tradeoffs to meet customer needs and/or deliver business value. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Desire to support a collaborative team culture - Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented - Desire to act with integrity and influence others to do the same - Prior knowledge on Cloud service fabrics and data migrations Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Microsoft and the country where you work.
