About the Job: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be collaborating with our current and potential patients, dental practice partners, and internal associates from our corporate office. The Customer Service Representative will play a vital role to support Evenly’s commitment to provide the highest level of customer service and support. The position performs a wide variety of administrative, customer service, and operational/marketing support activities. Tasks: · Make outbound calls and field incoming calls from patients and potential patients. · Educate potential customers/patients on the benefits of Evenly Invisalign Treatment and influence them to schedule a free Invisalign consultation at one of our partner dental practices (also known internally as “care centers”). · Enter and update patient information into our patient management system. · Work closely with dental practices and patients across multiple territories to coordinate and schedule appointments via phone and email. · Closely track and manage incoming calls and emails from our marketing portal, online booking system, and flagship office. · Follow-up in a timely manner with all current patients and potential patients. · Bring a positive & cheerful outlook, customer service mindset, and commitment to detail. Qualifications: · Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to be direct and concise while also being friendly and informative. · Strong computer skills; experience with scheduling and patient management software and GoogleSheets (tracking) programs, preferred. · Phone-based sales experience in a dental or medical office, desired. · Fluent in English as well as Spanish, strongly desired. Soft Skills: · Outgoing and cheerful personality; must make a positive first impression. · Ability to deliver an amazing customer experience via the telephone and emails. · Ability to communicate and sell our services in a compelling way. · Close attention to details and thorough follow-up. · Strong organizational skills with good note-keeping and follow-through. · Ability to multitask and prioritize on a daily and weekly basis. · Ability to problem-solve and collaborate with internal associates. · Ability to seek and take advice and feedback, as needed. Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00AM - 6:00PM EST
