About the role As our Account Executive , you’ll be at the forefront of Bdeo’s expansion in the region. Your mission? Identify key opportunities, build meaningful client relationships, and drive our go-to-market strategy in Colombia. You’ll work closely with our product, marketing, and customer success teams to understand client needs and deliver AI-powered solutions that transform their operations. What will you do? Identify and generate new business opportunities in Colombia and LATAM. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. Build strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels, especially in the insurance and fleet management industries. Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored, high-impact proposals. Represent Bdeo at key industry events, demos, and meetings with potential partners. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and regional strategy. Who are we searching for? 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management. Previous experience working with or selling to the insurance, fleet management, or insurtech sectors. Strong track record of achieving or exceeding commercial targets. Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market clients in Latin America. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote-first environments.
