We help modernize and digitize operations, data and marketing for clients that typically have siloed, outdated technology stacks. Our focus is on operational software and data—integrating CRM, project management, field documentation, fleet tracking and other specialized tools. Our Approach Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing software, systems and data-capture processes to uncover limitations, gaps and pain points Architect and recommend end-to-end software solutions that improve visibility, streamline operations and deliver actionable insights Prescriptively identify AI and automation use cases tailored to each client’s business context—never automating just for automation’s sake Oversee integrations and deployments, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity across platforms About the Role You will be responsible for leading the digital transformation of clients. You will serve as a strategic technical advisor, assessing the client’s current technology stack and business operations, then architecting and implementing tailored software solutions to modernize their data capture, business processes, and overall digital capabilities. Business Audit & Needs Assessment Conduct full audits of client technology stacks, including data capture methods and system limitations Identify opportunities for improvement and gaps in existing infrastructure Solution Architecture Design and recommend comprehensive digital transformation plans based on business context and goals Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing prescriptive recommendations rather than reactive solutions Implementation Oversight Create detailed implementation plans and oversee delivery, leveraging junior team members for basic tasks Be prepared to execute complex technical implementations personally when required API & Integration Lead integrations across multiple software platforms and ensure seamless data flow between systems Internal Product Development Contribute to internal projects during downtime, including low-code, no-code, and AI-driven product development Team Leadership Serve as a lead for team members, setting technical direction and mentoring junior staff as the team grows Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in solutions architecture, able to translate business pain points into actionable technical designs Strong proficiency with APIs and software integrations, including hands-on work with databases and system connectivity Expertise in scoping business application functionality in alignment with client goals and desired outcomes Understanding of AI and automation — able to identify where they add value rather than using them as buzzwords Solid database experience and familiarity with cloud environments (Google Cloud experience is a plus) Ideal Candidate Profile A senior-level professional who brings strong technical expertise and leadership in this area An engineer who can define & code business logic using AI Experience with Replit, Airtable, Cursor, and web-scraping tools such as PhantomBuster, Browse.ai, Apify, or similar platforms Proactive, strategic, and capable of guiding clients toward future-focused solutions Naturally curious and enthusiastic about learning how different businesses operate Intentional and prescriptive, able to make confident recommendations Important Application Notes Provide a video introduction link introducing yourself and summarizing your experience and key achieveme nts.
