Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing. Responsibilities - Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability. - Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other functional groups to achieve business objectives. - Manage opportunities through Salesforce to provide visibility of sales efforts to management. - Develop contacts and prospects to ensure long-term profitability for the company and its customers. - Generate job estimates/bid proposals, including scope of work, accurate site boundaries and measurements, and estimate of labor and materials in cooperation with operations. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Horticulture. - At least 5 years business development experience in Construction, Environmental, Facilities or Real Estate Industries required. - At least 3 years B2B sales experience. - Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel extensively within assigned territory. - Experience working with commercial property managers a plus. - Excellent oral and written communication skills.
