In the future, trade service companies can manage their entire business & project lifecycle in one place, allowing them more time to focus on the growth of their business. - PROJECT DETAILS_ - YOUR TEAM_ - 2 full-time full-stack engineers, 1 part-time UI/UX designer which will be working closely with our main stakeholder - WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU_ - Interview process that respects people and their time - Professional and open IT community - Internal meet-ups and resources for knowledge sharing - Time for recovery and relaxation - Bright online and offline events - Opportunity to become part of our internal volunteer community - RESPONSIBILITIES_**User Research & Insights** - Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights from construction subcontractors and other stakeholders. - Translate user feedback into actionable design improvements.**UX Strategy & Planning** - Collaborate with stakeholders to define user experience goals aligned with business objectives. - Develop user personas, journey maps, and workflows to guide design decisions.**Wireframing & Prototyping** - Create low - to high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or similar. - Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback from users and team members.**UI Design & Design System Contribution** - Design intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces using Shadcn UI and other modern design systems. - Contribute to or help establish a scalable design system for consistent UI/UX across the platform.**Collaboration & Communication** - Work closely with full-stack engineers and the part-time UI/UX designer to ensure seamless implementation of designs. - Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.**Usability Testing & Validation** - Plan and execute usability tests to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement. - Analyze test results and iterate on designs to enhance user satisfaction and efficiency.**Continuous Improvement** - Stay up-to-date with UX trends, tools, and best practices, especially in SaaS and construction tech. - Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle. - SKILLS_- 8+ years working experience as a UX Designer or similar role- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field- Experience with rapid prototyping based on customer insights- Experience with SaaS based products- Affinity with usability testing- Having set up or contributed to a design system is a plus Your personal recruiter **Valentina Brysina**:
